tipota: means nothing in Greek, everything starts from nothing.
Tipota is a creative studio led by Jim Bletsas — helping founders and teams shape brands that matter. We build brand worlds from nothing, combining 20 years of experience in advertising and design with a network of trusted collaborators. Every project is led by Jim and shaped by the right team, depending on the brief, the budget, and the ambition.

VISION
To turn blank pages into bold, beautiful brands — and to do it with people who care as much as we do.
APPROACH
The best work starts with trust. We're open with our thinking, collaborative in our process, and obsessive about getting it right. We care deeply about our clients — sometimes maybe too much — but that’s how the good stuff gets made. We’ll challenge ideas when needed, and listen when it matters. We’re not here to sell — just to make something great, together.
The Start —You
Every project begins with a conversation. We meet, talk, and listen—properly. No forms, no fluff. Just real conversations to understand what you’re building, what matters to you, and how we can help. We work best with people who care deeply about what they’re doing—founders, small teams, bold thinkers. If that’s you, we’re already halfway there.

Discovery
Once we’ve agreed on scope, we move into discovery. This is where we ask the right questions, explore the landscape, and start shaping the foundations of your brand. It’s a focused, collaborative phase that helps uncover insights, define direction, and sharpen your story. Whether we’re building something new or evolving what’s already there, this phase sets the tone for everything that follows.

Build
This is where strategy becomes design. We create identities, ideas, and expressions that connect—across brand, digital, campaigns, or whatever’s needed.
We stay close to the work and the people behind it, keeping things clear, thoughtful, and real. Every detail matters, and we only put things into the world when we believe they’ll make a difference.

What clients have to say about us

Obagi Medical
“Working with Jim was an absolute dream! Equal parts talent, curiosity and extreme dedication. We came to Tipota with a very undefined scope – a mass of clay – and he sculpted it into a coherent set of brand guidelines and a *magical* visual representation of our brand. But this wasn’t what impressed me most – never have I worked with a consultant partner who really took on the brand persona and worked like an employee of the team, but Jim did. 10/10! Would do it again”

FAQ’s
Why is brand important for my business?
A strong brand creates clarity — for your audience and your team. It helps people understand who you are, what you stand for, and why they should care. At Tipota, we believe brand is more than a logo or colour palette. It's the foundation of how you communicate, connect, and grow — a tool for coherence, distinction, and momentum.
How long does it take to complete a project?
It depends on the scope and stage you’re at. A brand identity project typically takes 4–8 weeks. Larger strategic or multi-channel projects can span several months. We’ll always agree a clear timeline before we begin — and stay in close rhythm throughout.
What industries do you specialize in?
We don’t believe in staying in one lane. Our work spans tech, culture, wellness, finance, fashion, and sustainability — but what unites our clients is ambition. Whether you're launching something new or reshaping what already exists, we bring clarity and creative thinking that travels across industries.
What is the process of working with your agency?
We start with listening. From there, we shape a clear strategy, explore creative directions, refine, and build. Every project is different — but our process is grounded in discovery, collaboration, and craft. We also bring senior attention to every step, because we believe in doing fewer things, better.
Do you work with startups or only established brands?
Both. We love the energy of early-stage ideas just as much as the nuance of evolving legacy brands. What matters is vision — if you’re serious about investing in your brand and open to collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
What makes your agency different from others?
We stay small on purpose. Tipota is built to be hands-on, agile, and thoughtful — no middle layers or inflated processes. You work directly with senior people who care about the outcome. Our approach blends strategy and creativity, and we aim to make the complex feel simple (and beautifully expressed).
How involved will I be in the process?
Very. We work with our clients, not for them. You'll be part of key stages — especially early on, where alignment matters most. But we’ll also guide you through the process, keep things moving, and make decisions easier when needed. We believe the best outcomes happen when there’s real collaboration.
