We worked with Junction to create a brand that reflects the pivotal moments in a career—when the right direction, and the right guidance, can make all the difference.
The Challenge
Junction is a specialist in executive-level recruitment and talent management, working closely with brand partners across sectors. The brief was to create a brand that could feel confident and distinct on its own, while remaining flexible enough to sit alongside client brands. It needed to feel professional, clear and human—grounded in the realities of career change.
The Idea
The brand centres on the idea of the career crossroads—a moment of decision, potential, and new direction. The visual identity is built around a simple yet striking icon: a central junction symbol, surrounded by outward-pointing arrows representing possibility and growth. Paired with a clean, modern wordmark and restrained colour palette, the system is designed to feel smart, adaptable, and quietly confident.
